Looking for Business Development Manager for an automobile spares manufacturing company.
Candidate needs to locate in Pune.
Experience Range: 2 - 4 years
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Should analyze and list all the customers dealing with Proto components - all over India.
Internally discuss about the customer (Company, Contact person, Payment terms, Quality team, and assembly team, Payment follow-up, etc)
Send an introduction mail to the concerned person and fix an appointment to give a presentation and explain in detail about companies strengths, achievements, Plant-setup, etc.
Periodically follow-up the customer for Orders either through E-mail/Phone
When an enquiry is received from the customer end, internally discuss about the quote and send the approved quote to the customer. Internal approval is mandatory for any price negotiation.
When the order is approved by the customer, freeze the component price, Delivery date, Machined 3D data, M/c 2D drawing, Special requirements, delivery date from the customer and pass it to internal operation team.
Do the feasibility study with internal team and analyze all the technical parameters that are received from a customer.
Conclude the manufacturing process and prepare production route card.
Initiate manufacturing process and produce the components as per the Final 3D-Data & 2D drawing received from the customer and make sure the component is ready to fit
i) Bar Routing - CNC programming, fixture making, tooling, component m/c (Rough, semi-finishing, Finishing)
ii) Casting - 3D Data modification, Pattern making, sample casting, m/c fixture, tooling,1st part m/c
Delivery Terms :
i) Component final inspection by 3D Scanning
ii) Packing and forwarding and delivery by next day
iii) Co-ordinate with customer store, QA, assembly and testing team
iv) Do the Payment Follow-up after 15 days from invoice date
v) Ensure the payment receipt from the customer.
